We are currently hiring a service minded Receptionist / Office Administrator to support BearingPoint's Swedish practice in day to day operations. You will have a central role in ensuring a professional first impression for all visitors to the office as well as contributing to a fun and rewarding atmosphere for our team members.

In this role you will, among other ad-hoc administrative tasks;

• Ensure representable and functional office space; greet and serve our visitors in the reception, prepare conference rooms for meetings, manage and order office supplies, maintenance of office premises and equipment, handle mail and couriers
• Support our partners with meeting reservations, administration, travel management and expenses routines
• Local contact for our firm-wide/Nordic IT-function and finance division, supporting with IT/phone equipment and related queries as well as billing and expense handling
• Coordinate and support with celebrations and administrate invitations to internal events
• Order and prepare breakfasts, lunches, snacks and monthly office pubs

This is a full time position situated in the center of Stockholm near Hötorget. The reception is open between 8-17 which will also be your normal working hours.

Profile

We are searching for a person with 1-2 years documented experience from the service industry; preferably you have previous experience from working with similar tasks. It is an advantage if you have basic knowledge in business economics.

The successful candidate;

• Is a highly service minded person with a professional and smart appearance who has a genuine interest for working in a service department
• Is timely and well organized, solving problems with a smile
• Has a "can do" attitude (work pro-actively and take own initiatives within your area of responsibility)
• Has a high level of flexibility (this is essential to suit the needs and working practices of the organization)

In addition the successful candidate has extraordinarily good communication skills, both in English and Swedish, and an ability to deal with internal and external customers at all levels. In addition you have basic computer skills, especially in Microsoft Office.
