hela Sverige Tempest is looking for a new colleague for an open position as Receptionist to one of our clients office close to Stockholm City. The workplace has an international atmosphere and you will be the first point of contact for visitors.
Are you a serviceminded, outgoing person with a trustworthy approach? You might be the one we are looking for.
Your day to day tasks and responsibilites will be;
Registration of visitors and new employees
Answering phone switchboards and opening garage doors
Register, block and lend access cards
Keep documentation and statistics
Collaborate with the house facility and security
Provide employees and visitors with, for example, umbrellas, taxi bookings, wifi etc.
Replying to emails or forwarding to the right person or departments
Make sure that the reception looks representative
Provides nameplates and rosters
Check and check in and out visitors.
Inform visitors about safety rules and procedures.
To fit in this position we believe that you master the following;
You have at least three years of experience in a similar position (reception/administration)
Very good knowledge of Swedish and English. (both written and spoken)
Skilled Knowledge of Office - especially Word, Excel and Outlook
You are well organized and manage to handle complex situations
Good knowledge of printers
A positive approach to problem solving
We welcome a previous experience from Ivanti system.
You will be based at one of our customers offices where you will work closely with your colleague as the reception is double staffed.

The position is a full time employment in a reception with service monday to friday 08:00-18:00 wich will mean scheduled working hours until 18:00 every second day.
