We are looking for a receptionist to join our Office team in Stockholm!

You will be the first point of contact for all guests and visitors, making sure they are well taken care of. We want everybody to get a great first impression of Trustly!

You will also take care of incoming calls, travel bookings and general administrative tasks.

You will work closely with our Office Assistant and Global Office Manager.

To fit the role you probably have some experience from a similar role. You are truly serviceminded, outgoing and positive with a "get things done" attitude. The position also requires a fluency in Swedish and English, full IT proficiency and great organizational skills.

Experience from the hospitality industry is highly valued but most of all we are looking for a person who will contribute to the friendly, fun and professional atmosphere at our office!

The position is full time, working hours 09.00 - 18.00. We will move to our new, refurbished office in Odenplan in March 2016.
