hela Sverige We are looking for two deidcated receptionists who will be working at an European company based in Stockholm.
You are the customer outward face to visitors and inwardly to the their staff.
The task of the service shall include but is not limited to:
• welcoming visitors
- answering visitors inquiries about the customer and its services
- directing visitors to their destinations
- receiving and forwarding in accordance to the customers instructions, letters andpackages not sent to the office with the normal mail and notify the international customers company 's mail office
- receiving incoming calls on multi-line telephones or a switchboard and forwarding them to the right person in the staff
- receiving phone messages to staff who are unavailable
• making sure all calls are answered promptly and politely
• filing, record keeping, keyboard/data entry of various data
• faxing and emailing
• giving support to the security guards on the acess procedure, verifying employee identification, issuing visitor passes and observing and reporting any unusual or suspicious persons activities
You have;
• a level of post-secondary education at tested by diploma; or a level of secondary education attested to by a diploma giving access to post-secondary education
- at least three years of relevant proven experience, having gained the relevant knowledge in the fields of the services requested
• thorough knowledge of Swedish with very good knowledge of English (written and oral)
• proficient use of MS Office applications, in particular Word, Excel and Outlook
• good knowledge of the major standard and multifunctional printers
You are;
• polite and service-minded
• able to keep on track with a busy schedule
• a perfect mix of friendliness, charm and proffessionalism with a proper apparance and good physique
