hela Sverige TM Real Estate Group is a company from Spain specialised in the construction and development of holidays homes. We have delivered more than 20,000 properties in total since we bagan operating, mainly around the spanish Mediterranean coast and in the Mexican Carribbean.
We are currently looking for an enthusiastic International Commercial with the following languages, Spanish, English and Swedish and you will be based at our Swedish office in Solna.
The professsional who joins us will perform the following functions:
* Contact potential international customers who at some point have been interested in our products, in order to generate visits.
* Contact and build relationship with agencies/agents to attract and build up the loyallty and retain commercial agents at source/origin.
* Opening of new marketing channels (refferes, collectives, association and companies).
* Follow-up with potential customers.
* Online marketing.
* Attendance at international trade fairs.
* Linguistic support.
The ideal candidate:
We believe the successful candidate would be able to show below skills and experiences:
* Has minimum 3 years commercial experience. Experience from the Real Estate sector is an asset.
* Strong in building relationships
* Has a fluent level of understanding, speaking and writing in Swedish, Spanish and English.
To be successful in the role you have high energy and a positive, proactive "can do" attitude. You are curious with a high willingness to learn and motivated by new challenges.
