ABOUT THE ROLE
We have high ambitions, and it's not happening without a first class team. As a member of the RAN Integration & Operation team, you will be an expert working with Tele2s world class 5G Radio Network to inspire people and companies to seize digital and use it to the max.
We are now looking for motivated person with passion for Radio Networks. You will join a team of experienced and skilled RAN engineers responsible for expanding and maintaining our network, constantly improve our customers experience, ensuring stable and reliable services.
WHAT WE LOOK FOR
• Working experience from Radio Network engineering and/or operations at operator or vendor
• Excellent knowledge in Radio Access technologies, Ericsson Base Stations, BSC and RNC.
• Work experience on node and network management using Ericsson ENM, ENIQ and Amos
• Good understanding of RAN quality KPIs, RF Air interface and related issues such as interference and PIM
• Good understanding of Transmission & IP interfaces. IPSEC knowledge is valued
• Protocol analysis skills and experience on tools like TEMS, OSIX, Wireshark etc are valued
• Automation experience, Scripting and programming skills are valued (Bash, Python, SQL etc)
• Fluent in English and Swedish

A FEW WORDS FROM THE MANAGER
• As part of our team you will work with providing the best possible user experience by building and operating Tele2s Radio Access networks, a crucial part of vital Infrastructure in society.
• You will be part of a highly motivated and experienced team. Your role will be targeted towards Quality assurance, Network analysis, Trouble shooting and Operations of our new Ericsson 5G/4G/3G/2G network.
• You will cooperate with and provide support and competence on RAN to internal and external stake holders such as NOC, Customer support, Field Engineers, Core/IP/Transmission teams, Contractors, Joint ventures and product vendors.
• On call duty is manned by the team and may be included in your duties over time.
