To strengthen our Scandinavian Railway team, we are looking for motivated and dynamic consultants with expertise in Railway solutions. They will play a challenging role and be key players in the success of our clients' projects.

We are looking for motivated and dynamic Railway Engineers to strengthen our Scandinavian Team.

As a Railway Engineer you will support our clients by:

• Offer expert consultancy services with strong added value in the development, design and delivery of signal testing solutions to existing and new clients related to the transportation industry;
• Participate in project development by giving valued insights on client specifications and deliverables;
• Analyze customer technical specifications in terms of railway principles and technology requirements;
• Interact with internal and external multidisciplinary teams to coordinate and achieve project objectives in a timely manner;
• Act as a mentor to team-members;
• Ensure technical communication with stakeholders across different level of management;
• Measure and improve project quality and performance (KPI);
• Follow-up project progress.

Other responsibilities may include:

Work closely with Management and Business development team to grow the practice in your geographical area, this will include:

• Work on material to support presentation to clients
• Pitch & Present to client the services Amaris is offering
• Work on commercial and technical proposal with the business development team
• Assess and evaluate new potential recruits in Amaris team

• Master degree in either Mechanical, Electrical or Software Engineering or other relevant studies;
• Proven experience in the railway industry/ experience in the railway activities is an asset.
• Proven experience within railway industry using conventional and/or CBTC technologies is a major asset;
• Strong experience and broad set of engineering skills across the full system lifecycle (requirements, design, quality/test, commissioning, etc.);
• General knowledge of industry standards and regulations;
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. French or Swedish or Danish is an asset.
• Ability to work in an international and dynamic environment;
• Autonomous, sense of initiative and detail oriented;
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills;
