Position Summary

Are you passionate about radio products, the inside and outside from a design and installation perspective? Do you want to shape the future of technology trends?
We are looking for someone who will contribute into the future vision and evolution of the radio products focusing mainly on site and the life-cycle of the products. If you already have an interest in radio from a product perspective and also from a site and testing perspective, this role is for you.
You will become a dynamic player of a highly skilled cross-functional team and you will secure the development of the key technologies that we have on our Product Technology Roadmap. A key competence is to understand the challenges that you face when you drive the transformation of immature radio technologies into mature radio products. As a member of the team shaping the future, you will be involved with technology leadership and innovation creation within a learning culture with different sites.

As an initial step, we will help you gather the end-to-end (E2E) perspective through a rotation program in different key domains such as design, verification and customer support. From there you will not only build a solid social network within the company but also gain the knowledge and learn the tools that will allow you to become a true contributor to our Product Technology Roadmap.

Responsibilities & Tasks

Participate to Radio Product design projects from concept through production
With your team, drive the current products to the next evolution step (from a system point of view)
Perform Continuous Analysis and Requirement Handling
Interface with different organizations such as Quality and Release Management, in order to gather understanding of product complexity as well as the whole delivery chain
Participate in the prototyping of products in order to deliver high quality end-products
Create visually persuasive presentations
Actively participate in Innovation, Knowledge Sharing and Learning

Position Qualifications

Core Competences:

Understanding of the Radio Products and the Portfolio
Knowledge of radio systems and how it interfaces with other systems from a HW and SW perspective (ex: baseband and Operation & Maintenance)
Basic understanding of radio functionalities (i.e. TX/RX)
Understanding of Radio E2E Test and O&M context, and evolve the radio site towards the future.
Understanding of Configuration, Performance and Fault Management as well as Data Site Analysis
Capable to adapt and respond to Change

Minimum Qualifications & Experience Requirements:

Degree in Computer Science or Computer/Electrical Engineering
up to 2 years' experience (if with system verification or test management even better)
Interest in radio design
Interest in customer site
English Skills

Preferred Qualifications & Experience Requirements:

Structured way of working: both for finding solutions and sharing with others
Capable of decision-making based on comparison analysis proposals
