Implement new EU IVD regulation

The Job

HemoCue develops, produces and markets easy to use diagnostic systems for the global Professional Point of Care markets. We are global market leaders in Hemoglobin testing and hold strong positions in other served product segments. It is vitally important for the company to stay on top of the changing regulatory environment around the world and understand the impact it might have on the HemoCue business and portfolio. We are now looking for the right candidate that will lead a cross-functional team from the company to ensure efficient and timely implementation of the new European regulation for In Vitro Diagnostic Medical devices. The job will include international cooperation with other Danaher companies also implementing the new regulation.

Your responsibilities and tasks will include:

Planning of project
Organizing project team and identify roles and responsibilities
Managing risks and issues and taking corrective measurements
Coordinating the project/sub-projects and their interdependencies
Managing and utilizing resources across project and sub-projects
Managing stakeholders' communication
Managing the main project documentation
Managing project's budget

We value experience in the following areas:

Medical device legislation on different markets, especially the European market (IVDD, MDD)
Standards for quality management systems and risk management for medical devices
We believe that the following qualifications will improve your chances of success:

University degree in science or technology (Master or Bachelor)
Project Management skills and a minimum 5 years of relevant working experience
Excellent communication skills (verbal as well as writing) in English. Swedish would be an asset.
Good PC skills (Word, Excel, Power Point etc)
Personality As a person you are a team player, efficient, structured and solution-oriented and who likes a fast pace. You find it easy to communicate with other people and enjoy working in a company that is driven by continuous improvement, both in terms of equipment and processes. You:
