In this role you will be responsible for the development teams in Sweden. You have a strong interest in technology and apply a coaching and visionary leadership. You will be working with technologies, such as AKS, RHEL, OpenShift, C#, React, Devops and more.
This position reports to R&D Department Lead.
Your responsibilities
Line management responsibility for software development teams in Sweden
The teams consist of 7-9 experienced Software developers each and are working in accordance with the scrum concept, with sprints, back logs, scrum masters and product owners
Own and manage the collaboration of your teams with other stakeholders internally and externally
Develop and grow the organization and its people
Ensure continuous improvement and drive process development for software development
Evaluate overall team and individual performance and deliver performance reviews

Your background
Five years of experience in technical management, working as R&D Team leader, Project Manager or Line Manager in R&D with embedded software development
Sound knowledge of software design and the Process Automation market
Knowledge and practical experience in working with cultural differences
Interest and experience in organizational and people development
A master's degree in software, electrical engineering or equivalent
Fluency in English, ability to communicate in Swedish
