Your mission
In this position, you 're accountable for the support of all users of the Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) platform, at Seco. You create and deliver on the roadmap for the PLM system by taking lead in the development, improvement and maintenance of strategies, processes, methods, tools, and support. You also work with quality assurance of the product information in our PLM system, Enovia.
Besides this you are accountable for the product portfolio management and support at Seco, including product and technology development portfolios and our R&D digital project portfolio. Deliveries are assured by continuously analyzing the portfolios output and to plan, drive and deliver the actions needed to improve them. This requires working with processes internally but also to secure collaboration between other main and supporting sub-processes, mainly within one of Seco's core processes Manage Products & Services.
As manager, you're responsible for the overall performance and delivery of the team. You engage and mentor the team, and you build a setting where everyone gets the opportunity to focus on their job and grow in their profession, while you address the challenges and make use of our resources the best way possible. You are an active member of the Digital Solutions management team.
The location of this position is Fagersta, Sweden. While your presence and a close dialogue with our employees and Seco HQ is of importance, we also recognize the flexibility of remote working.
Your profile
You are a leader with experience from leading and developing personnel and you have a degree within a relevant field of studies. If you have experience from PMO, PLM and/or process work it's an advantage. Since we act on the global stage, you have proficient skills in both written and verbal English, while knowledge of Swedish is considered a plus.

Leading a highly skilled, diverse, and ambitious team it's important that your leadership style is based on high integrity, engagement, and the ability to empower and include people. We need a proven, empathic, highly cognitive, and communicative leader with a founded core of self-awareness and ability to listen to understand others. An integral part in R&D is innovation so your curiosity about and experience from innovation processes and how to embed it throughout an organization is highly valued. Your strategic mindset and strong ability to work with cultural and organizational development in combination with business understanding is important to help us reach new heights.
