hela Sverige As R&D Manager at Mont Blanc you will have the fully responsibility for the development of current and new products together with a team of 9 R&D professionals based in Dalsjöfors, Sweden and Saint-Malo, France. You will lead, develop and support your team in you role as a manager but at the same time take responsibility for a number of projects on your own. The R&D function is to work highly commercial and in close cooperation with both the internal sales department as well as direct with customers.
Some key areas of responsibilities:
• Further develop the R&D team in the role as manager
• Actively work for a joint R&D function for all three sites (Sweden, France and Romania)
• Contribute to a closer cooperation with sales as well as customer
• Act as project manager
We are looking for an individual that has a solid experience as R&D professional from the automotive industry. You are a confident and enthusiastic leader with excellent communication skills together with a structured and process oriented approach. A background from project management is preferred in order to be successful in this role. Further we believe that you are an innovative and commercially driven person that together with your team will contribute to the success of Mont Blanc in the coming years!
We wish that you have the following experience:
• At least five years experience as R&D manager
• Experience from working in the automotive industry
• Strong project management skills
• Leadership experience
• Fluent in English, both oral and written
• A university degree preferably within engineering is meriting
