hela Sverige As R&D Engineer within Test Lead, your main mission will be to lead, coordinate and report all test activities in development projects on a higher level. You will be responsible for writing and following up on project test plans, environmental needs, staffing and training needs and much more. Other parts of your responsibilities will be to:
• Write and follow-up on releases of test plans in projects
• Ensure great quality of testing
• Participate in requirement reviews
• Schedule test environments and define needed equipment
• Take part in project meetings, requirement meetings and CCB meetings
To succeed and thrive, you need to pay attention to detail while still grasping the bigger picture. Not to mention the ability to work individually as well as in teams. Moreover, you have the skills needed to lead teams, as well as to clearly establish and communicate targets.
As a foundation, you hold a Bachelor or Master of Science in Computer Science or equivalent, along with experience from working with test coordination, planning or system design.
Knowledge of Microsoft Team Foundation Server is also required. An ISTQB certificate as well as experience from working with design or testing of embedded systems and test automation are qualifying. Proficiency in English is a must, whereas Swedish will be to your advantage.
