The Rotating Indexable Milling Tools department in Sandviken plays a central part in securing our position as a leading global supplier of tools within metal cutting. We are now looking for a driven R&D Engineer within Square Shoulder Milling, with passion for product development. Key performance areas
As a R&D Engineer, you primarily work in development projects of our new and existing products for metal cutting. The team is responsible for the whole chain from idea to launched product and is a vital part in securing our customers future success. Our products are developed in project teams with participants from marketing, production, development and subsidiaries around the world. You work with experienced, skilled and motivated people and, together, you create outstanding solutions for our customers and develop the knowledge to be able to create future products.
We are looking for someone with an engineering degree, preferably in Mechanical Engineering, as well as experience with CAD, product development, metal cutting and milling. Since we work in an international setting, you need good skills in English, both in writing and speaking, while knowledge of Swedish is an advantage.
