We are now looking for a Quality Tool Manager within the department of Engineering Quality & Operational development, Product Lifecycle Engineering!



Description

The Product Lifecycle Engineering department is incorporated in the Technical Development Organization. The overall responsibilities of the department Product Lifecycle Engineering are to formulate requirements, design influence, develop diagnostics and technical information as well as deliver or publish the information to customers. Our customers are both internal and external, during the vehicles complete lifecycle until scrapping. In the operational development department, we contribute to processes development and improvement by formulating instructions, checklists etc. We put efforts to the standardization and efficiency of the company's working methods.



As Quality Tool Manager, you will lead the work of developing and implementing Quality methods and tools with support to the organization including coaching, training etc. We work in multifunctional teams and social skills are very important due to contact with all levels within the company, in a multi-cultural environment. You will also lead or participate in other operational development projects and contribute with your experience and knowledge.



This role also involves to:

- Develop and optimize Quality tools and methods to state of the art.
- Coach and train the organization in methods and workshops.
- Create templates, instructions, training material etc.



We are looking for someone who has:

- University degree in engineering or equivalent experience.
- Knowledge in Design for Six Sigma and statistics.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in FMEA and other quality methods.
- Knowledge in ISO standards (26262).
- High skills in working in MS package office 365.
- Excellent knowledge and skills in English, both written and spoken.
- Driver's license B.
