We are now looking for a Quality Surveillance Inspector to support our growing presence in green projects. As a Quality Surveillance Inspector, you will play a key role in ensuring that our projects meet the highest quality standards. You will be involved in the control and evaluation of various processes to ensure that both internal and external quality requirements are met.

They believe in creating a sustainable future through cutting-edge technology and outstanding project execution. In this project, you will be employed as a consultant for Randstad and work for Fluor.

The work is full-time (40 hours), monday to friday, starting date is as soon as possible or upon agreement. The first positions will be filled in January, and more positions will be added continually. Fluor Corporation has been tasked with project managing the construction of the steel mill for H2 Green Steel in Boden. We at Randstad are assisting Fluor with consultants for the project, which is expected to last between 18 - 24 months starting in January 2024.

Responsibilities
Check and inspect construction execution at subcontractors.
Issue daily and area-based quality reports.
Coordinate with Construction Engineering and Management to analyze and resolve quality deviations and defects.
Offer subject support to the site team in their areas of expertise.
Participate in the surveillance of technical areas such as welding, non-destructive testing, concrete and building work, pipe installation and fixed/rotating equipment, electrical installations, control systems and instrumentation, and coatings and insulation.
Qualifications
Experience of quality control in engineering and construction projects.
Good understanding of green and sustainable initiatives.
Knowledge of relevant industry standards and regulations.
Strong analytical skills and accuracy in documentation.
Communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively.
Technical or engineering diploma, degree or equivalent.
Several years of work experience in QA/QC.
A few years of experience working on construction sites.
Technical expertise in one or more of the above areas.
Fluency in spoken and written English.
Proficient in MS Office applications.
