hela Sverige In this role, you will be responsible for developing, implementing and following up on processes across the entire value chain. Your work will improve customer satisfaction, increase profitability and create a safe working environment across the local businesses. You will also lead, guide and motivate an engaged and skilled team of four co-workers and ensure their development. Other important parts of your work will be to:
• Define, develop and implement Quality and Operational Excellence strategies across our local organizations
• Work with local managers to set goals and prioritize activities, as well as monitor progress, analyze KPI's and follow up
• Drive application and development of best practice frameworks to further improve excellence
• Ensure an effective management system that addresses QHSE practices
You will be part of the business unit management team and play a key role in supporting our local organisations in creating a culture of excellence. An opportunity for you to utilize your great interest in quality and broaden your skills.

As a foundation, you hold a bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Logistics and have a solid leadership background and experience from managing change. You hold a Six Sigma Black Belt and you are fluent in English and Swedish, written and spoken.

You will be a part of ABB Measurement and Analytics in Västerås, which is a business unit within the Industrial Automation division. We develop and provide a comprehensive range of measurement and analytics products designed to improve control, productivity and quality in a wide variety of processes and industries. Our unusual basic measuring technologies are well suited for harsh environments which has provided us with a long track record of satisfied customers. We are world leading within these business areas with a large market share over the world.
