As Quality & Operational Excellence Coordinator, you will be part of System Technology at HVDC.
This position will provide you with a great variety of tasks. You will work within our engineering organization and coordinate our work to reach our quality goals and support the development. We believe everything can be improved and it is vital that you have a positive mindset to a learning organization continuously improving its knowledge, methods and skills.
Among other things, you will also:
• Identify opportunities of improvement and assist the organization in ensuring they are sustained
• Report, aggregate and follow up key performance indicators
• Actively monitor and support the maintenance of delivery process
• Follow up on deviations, support findings and encourage the organization to do best practices
• Communicate best practices and systematically errors to the management and its organization
• Coordinate and support internal and external audits. As well as follow up findings to ensure improvement
• Encourage and support the organization to report savings of improvement work
• Assist the organization to ensure prompt resolution to customer complains.
First and foremost, your personal qualities are vital for success. It is essential that you are driven and have grit, have great social and communication skills, as well as being a team player. To succeed, you will also need to be structured and analytical. You contribute with your positive and proactive mindset, as well as with your ability to create a good atmosphere.
As a foundation, you hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or Quality. Former work within project management or quality improvement within knowledge based organization with a complex process flow is highly valued. Fluency in English is a must, whereas Swedish or another Scandinavian language is qualifying.
