The QM shall be fluent in Quality work and we value good knowledge in civil aviation design, production and servicing regulations and polices, as well as, aviation industry standards (e.g.,EASA / AS9100) and best practices, and capable of converting requirements into meaningful procedures that add value to the business.
The QM should have some internal auditing experience and is expected to manage the company's internal audit processes. The QM shall also have experience in supplier control and will be responsible for ensuring production and servicing conformity from the supplier base. (including first article inspections when required.)
The QM must be a self-starter and have the ability to follow high-level direction.

We are a growing company in Ärla, just 20 minutes from Eskilstuna, manufacturing and distributing airborne camera systems.

This is a full-time job, with a six-month trial period.
