• Systematic work environment work SAM.
• Sasfety walks and incident reporting.
• Follow up quality and safety performance and plan activities for training, information etc.
• Responsible for claims / complaints handling. Verify and review quality reclamations.
• Plan and execute internal audits according to our certified systems.
• Plan and coordinate audits by customers, third part audits company.
• Responsible for establishing policies and procedures in accordance to global and European policies, procedures and national laws, within Quality.
• Drive and support EHS related projects.
As Quality Manager and EHS Coordinator your overall responsibility is to sustain and further develop our quality and environment programs to ensure compliance with legal, customer and corporate specifications and standards.
The position of Quality Manager is included to promote continuous improvements in line with the company's goals and visions. You will maintain and develop the company's Management System and be responsible for the work being done according to our standards (ISO 9001:2015, ISO14001:2015 and OSHAS 18001:2007.
As a Quality manager you take part of the local management team and the position is reporting to Managing Director for A. Schulman Nordic AB.
The work is a balance between cooperation and to be able to act with integrity. You need to be structured and responsible. You have leadership skills and communicate clear and in a pedagogical way both verbally and written with different functions, as authorities, managers and operators.
Qualifications
• Three to five years' experience of operational and strategical quality work.
• Experience of quality work within manufacturing business.
• Documented experience in leading the ISO standard certification.
• We welcome experience in lean manufacturing.
• Fluent in Swedish and English
