Our team, Supplier Quality Assurance/Supplier Management & Quality, part of the Supply Chain Capital Equipment, is dedicated to Tetra Pak becoming the indisputable industry leader in quality, by leading systematic activities with suppliers, and driving a quality mindset through the supply chain of Capital Equipment.
In this role as Quality Inspection Team Leader you will be responsible for Quality Inspection team in Sweden, with the mission of assuring parts quality, with a proactive and reactive approach.
This is a one-year temporary position based in Lund, Sweden.
Main responsibilities
• Define and drive quality inspection team strategies and actions
• Lead quality inspection team daily activities, and able to prioritize quality inspectors' activities and allocate resources
• Drive creation and report for relevant quality inspection team statistics and KPIs
• Develop and drive continuously improve-ment activities of the process that are systematically used for quality inspection
• Support the development of team competences, and team performance review to ensure the delivery on supplier quality strategy and priorities
• Build strong collaboration between Supplier Quality Team and its Stakeholders
• Maintain the inspection lab equipments and tools
Qualifcations
To be successful in this position, we believe you have:
• Solid professional skills in quality inspection, able to develop and coach team members.
• Strong analytical, reporting, planning and documentation skills.
• Strong Customer, Quality and continuous improvement mindset.
• Excellent networking and communication skills, and the ability to manage the change in a challenging environment.
• University degree in Engineering or relevant.
• More than 5 years of work experience leading quality inspection lab /or relevant experiences.
• Experience from working with World Class Manufacturing, Lean or other continuous improvement systems will be a plus.
• Excellence in spoken and written English and MS Office is a must.
