The purpose of this role is to support Chassis and Vehicle Dynamics Engineering (CVDE) in conducting quality tools in projects, raising the awareness about quality tools and methods in the CVDE community as well as contributing to Product Quality improvement initiatives.
Main Responsibilities
The responsibilities of the Quality Engineer / Quality Knowledge Manager are:
• Facilitate Quality Tools analyses within the CVDE commodity.
• Coach and educate engineers in proactive and reactive Quality Tools.
• Support Design Engineer and VE-PM in developing the Quality Tool Plan by giving input and recommendations on the use of Quality Tools.
• Provide with Root Cause Analysis/Quality Tools support to enable Protus solving
• Develop and maintain relevant training material
• Plan and provide agreed CVDE training
• Represent CVDE in training networks within GTT, mainly within Vehicle Engineering and Quality & Customer Satisfaction

Qualifications
• Solid knowledge of Quality Tools and methods
• At least two years in product development or similar.
• Cross functional working experience
• Structured and analyticalPedagogical
• Solution oriented
• Clear communication, verbally and in writing
• Fluent in English, verbally and in writing
