Kalmar Mobile Solutions is looking for a Quality Engineer.
Our business is changing, which is why we are now looking for nothing less than the most talented Quality Engineer to support and develop the product quality of counterbalance products and improve warranty claim handling towards suppliers.
This position is based in Ljungby, Sweden. You will report to the Head of Sourcing and Quality, Kalmar FLT.
Main tasks and responsibilities:
Handling warranty claims from Kalmar frontline
Collect and provide product quality feedback to concerned functions and projects within BL 's
Product quality feedback and re-claiming toward suppliers
Supplier visits and establishment of action plans and follow-up of these
Collaborate with product support department, in order to improve warranty handling
Product Lifetime Care Process participates in meeting forum, take part of the information and actions that are necessary
Manage, contribute and take part in larger quality improvement projects that affects several MAU and/or Product Lines
Work together with supply organization in order to improve product quality and processes.
What you'll need to succeed:
Education
Bachelor degree in engineering and/or sourcing, or equivalent experience
Experience
Technical knowledge and/or experience of quality and warranty case handling
Competencies
Good knowledge in quality tools and systems such as ISO 9001, 5S, TQM, and Six Sigma
Fluent in Swedish and English
Focus on customer needs
Collaboration skills
Ability to do independent work as well as teamwork
Ability to do many tasks simultaneously
Desire to develop and continuously enhance your own work and nearby processes
Great accuracy, analytical ability and well structured
Financial knowledge.
