Job description
As a Quality Engineer you are responsible for quality improvements and efficiency throughout the whole production process. Your daily work will consist of many different tasks, ranging from product development projects, product maintenance, quality control and support for several production sites to customer returns. Product quality is the foundation in everything you do.
Working with us you should enjoy working in team as well as individually. You have the ability to lead activities in cross functional teams, local and global, mainly within the FRAG (failure rate analysis group). You find it naturally to manage several issues at the same time with engagement and a service minded attitude.
Qualifications
In your position you are our main interface towards R&D about product maintenance and quality issues. This places high demands on knowledge of electronics such as digital-, power- and microwave technology as well as surface mounting technology, mainly in terms of quality demands (IPC-standard) and
rules of design.
• B.Sc. from relevant area or equivalent gained through experience
• Six Sigma Black Belt degree is an advantage
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written, in English and Swedish.
• Good knowledge in Lean production as well as Lean office principles.
• Knowledge of cultural differences and behaviours is an advantage.
• You have analytical skills.
