We help our customers through governmental mandatory as well as voluntary surveys and are accredited by major classification societies as well as SWEDAC in accordance with ISO 17025. Beskrivning av arbetsuppgifter:
AlfaTest wishes to permanently employ a person who can cover several areas within our company. In order to fulfil the required duties, the successful applicant needs to be skilled and have documented experience in the following areas. - Quality Management ? To maintain AlfaTest?s quality and management system, arrange and execute internal audits and prepare for any external audits by clients or governing bodies. Documented experience with the implementation of ISO 17025 or ISO 9001 to at least one company is required. - Ship Design ? To be competent in ship construction and design in both 2D/3D. A large part of the work will to create repair and refurbishment specifications for shipping and offshore vessels. The applicant should be familiar with classification society rules and IACS guidelines. Minimum design experience 5 years. - 3D scanning technology ? to carry out scanning as well as post-processing and reverse engineering. - Ultrasonic Thickness Measurement ? certified to carry out thickness measurement on ships and offshore vessels in accordance with classification society rules. - An understanding of NDT methods, processes and regulatory requirements. - Marketing of AlfaTest services and investigation and market research of new markets.
Beskrivning av kvalifikationer:
Engineering and Technology - Bachelor level or equivalent 2D/3D - Minimum 5 years ?documented experience
Computer skills - Microsoft including MS Project, AutoCAD, Inventor, Plant 3D, Faro Scene, ReCap.
Thickness Measurement - certified ISO 9712, EN473 or equivalent - documented experience Marketing - formal training and experience required.
