hela Sverige The QC manager has the responsibility for ensuring that the calibration, final release, incoming inspection and in process control inspections at Karlskoga site are performed in an effective way and according to the requirements in the Quality Management System.
Main responsibilities:
Participates and supervises personel in the implementation and development of the QMS according to current FDA regulation, ISO 13485 standard and other applicable Quality systems regulations
Leads and develops the processes within the responsibility area
Is responsible to make sure that the employees in the responsibility area has sufficient competence and gets the development required to make sure that continuous improvements are progressed
Calibration
Ensures that there are processes in place to make sure that equipment and tools are calibrated on time and in an cost effective way
Final release
Ensures that the final release of products is done according to the requirements in the QMS
Incoming inspection
Ensures that the incoming inspection is performed according to the requirements in the QMS
Ensures that supplier complaints are initiated and communicated
In-process controls/New Product Introduction
Ensures that measurement techniques are continuously developed in order to support new product development
Supports regular production with developing effective in-process controls
Responsible for measurement method validations and MSA (Measurement System Analysis)
Responsible for measurements equipment qualifications
Quality management
Development and reporting of Quality KPIs
Participating in and/or driving relevant development and improvement projects
Support of Quality Related processes
