We have a exciting journey ahead of us and you now have the opportunity to be a part of this!ABOUT THE ROLE:
As a Quality Control Coordinator at Senior Material, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our product quality through inspection, testing timely detection and reporting of the deviation. Joining a driven and growing department, you will collaborate closely with internal departments and have a close collaboration with our quality team!Reporting to the Quality Control Manager, your responsibilities will mainly include to handle maintenance of our Quality Management System and coordinate of the internal department. You will be filling and management of documents and reports that our connected with the quality control department. Also training and mentoring for new employees will later be a big part of this role.
In summary, you will play an important role in the quality department!KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for daily inspection of raw materials, semi-finished and finished products (including appearance and performance) to ensure they meet quality standards.
Responsible for the entry, filing and basic analysis of inspection data and report generation .
Responsible for process inspection to ensure that the workflow complies with daily specifications and SOPs .
Responsible for daily use and maintenance of testing instruments.
Responsible for abnormality detection and feedback, participate in continuous improvement plan and process improvement.*Responsible for the 5S work of the quality department.
Job competence requirements
Completed upper secondary education.
Required experience: Quality inspection related experiences.
Knowledge of quality inspection methods and techniques.
Knowledge of industry standards and regulations.
Strong attention to detail and ability to identify defects.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
Ability to fast learning.
Ability to speak, read and write Chinese
