hela Sverige Adiga AB started in 2010 as an engineering consulting firm working towards the industry, with main focus on construction- and development projects.
Over the years we have been growing and today we are working within the areas Automotive, Control Systems, Industry, Purchasing and Recruitment. This vacancy is positioned within the Automotive area, which means you will be a part of our consultancy section.
On behalf of our customer we are now looking for an experienced QA Architect to be a part of the core team working with the infotainment system for the cars of the future.
As a QA Architect you will be responsible for designing and implementing the quality assurance process and framework. This role is focused on definition and implementation of the QA process and toolchain. As a QA solution architect, you will also drive a QA mindset and implement ways of working throughout the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Drive and design the QA concept and technical framework to implement an automated process.
- Work with development teams and QA stakeholders to define and implement the QA process.
- Drive and define development work packages to implement the test framework for both functional and system testing.
- Define the resource requirements for test automation and system testing.
- Continuously guide and coach the organization in QA process
- Drive QA process alignment and collaboration with our Chinese counterpart.
Requirements:
- Experience as a software test automation developer/architect.
- Experience with software development QA process, and the common QA toolchain.
- Experience with automated test frameworks on both the system and functional level.
- Experienced with the agile software development process and concepts such as continues integration and deployment.
- Ability to coach and mentor the people around you.
- Ability to work independently and as a part of a team.
- Ability to lead teams and individuals.
Personal attributes:
- Ability to lead, drive, motivate and convince.
- Cultural awareness, especially Asian - European culture
- Full professional proficiency in English and very strong communication skills.
- Each individual in our team has a high level of responsibility and mandate, and is expected to be able to work autonomously.
- Travels to Asia will be needed from time to time.
