Position Description:
Quality is at the heart of everything we do at Flowserve. As the Quality Assurance Engineer for our Solna site, you will take ownership of the Quality Assurance function for our manufacturing and processing plant.
The business is about to embark on a refresh of its QA systems to meet and exceed the ISO 9001:2015 and therefore the main task will be to ensure that the system and documentation reaches the audit requirements of this critical standard. You will work closely with the supply chain manager to achieve this aim.
You will also be responsible for converting this documentation into a bi-lingual format - therefore you will need to speak and write English and Swedish fluently to perform this role.
From there, you will maintain control and management of the QA element of our business, updating the QAN/QAR system , keeping track of and updating product certifications , and ensuring quality controls at our main suppliers, including spot checks in production,
Furthermore you will be supporting the QA-manager during supplier audits and ISO/ATEX audits , as well as serving as internal support for QA related questions and conducting training for the staff at Solna in quality related areas.

Position Requirements:
In order to perform this role, we believe you will need:
• Technical degree in Engineering or Quality or equivalent.
• Significant, demonstrable experience of developing ISO 9001: 2015 compliance documentation and computer based quality systems.
• The ability to communicate tactfully and clearly in both Swedish and English. Other languages are a merit.
• Professional attitude to all aspects of customer care.
• A full driving licence
Percentage of Approximate Travel Required: 10%
