About us
SAVR is a fast-growing fintech company that offers a savings platform with Sweden's lowest fund fees. SAVR is backed by several well-known investors and has ambitious goals of continuing to grow and take the lead in building a new generation of savings and investment services. Our HQ is located in central Stockholm and we also have an office located in Halmstad.
What about the role?
We're looking for a Quality Assurance Lead to set up a smooth fast-paced release structure. You will work closely with the development teams and work cross-functional. You will be the first person in the QA team and take the lead in setting up processes and a QA function.
We are looking for a person who has a mixture of manual and automation testing experience, with a keen interest to focus more on automation.
Some tasks
• Overall responsibility for Quality Assurance and Testing.
• Make testing an integral part of the development process and coordinate testing efforts to ensure the delivery of quality features.
• Work cross-functional with developers, designers and Customer Experience.
• Coach and guide developers, product managers and designers in quality practices
• Contribute to our long term vision and strategy for QA and Test Automation.
We believe you have/are
• A minimum of 3 years of experience within Quality Assurance & Testing.
• Solid experience with manual testing and good understanding of automated testing & the software release process.
• In-depth knowledge of QA methodologies, tools and processes.
• We believe you are a humble team player who likes working in a fast-changing environment where you get the chance to influence how we work together.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Experience of working with our tech stack would be a great plus.
• It is a plus if you have worked in a B2C company before.
• Swedish citizen or holding a valid EU work permit. Unfortunately we cannot offer visa sponsorship for this role.

Interview with one of our tech leads.
Test.
Final interview with our CTO and Head of Product Management.
