Contribute to reaching NKT Sustainability targets and maintaining high customer satisfaction
As part of the QHSE-team you will be a vital part of ensuring compliance to local laws and regulations for Service & Installation staff, particularly to the Danish, Swedish and German working environment, safety, and environmental regulations. With your expertise you will be a sparring partner and support to both external and internal stakeholders. The role will give you the opportunity to vary between a strategic approach and deliver hands-on support to our local organization.
The areas of responsibility include among others:
• Support local Service organizations in securing QHSE related certifications as per business requirement
• Design a standard concept for Service & Installation, aimed at improving its HSE record as well as improving customer satisfaction
• Create and implement QHSE related instructions and improvements in collaboration with the local functions
• Conduct HSE risk assessment and implement corrective and preventive action
• Perform internal audits
This position is located at our site in Karlskrona, Sweden, with a direct reporting line to Head of Global functions. The role requires being prepared to travel on short notice and we expect an average of 10 international and 50 domestic travel days per year. Occasionally work on construction site during site inspections/audits is to be expected.

Being able to vary between a strategic and operational approach is something you are good at and motivates you. You are able to work independently as well as collaborate with colleagues and customers in result-oriented way.
Additionally, your CV includes:
• Bachelor's degree within business or technical discipline or similar qualifications
• QHSE management courses
• Experience in the HSE field preferably from construction, production, or offshore industry
• Relevant experience from the ESG area
• Fluency in spoken and written English and Swedish.
• Project management experience is a plus
