hela Sverige Stockholm Headhunting has been commissioned to find a QA-lead to the security company Axiomatics.
Axiomatics offer a security solution for companies and governments that need to share sensitive data securely. With the help of Axiomatics products, organisations are able to share data and other sensitive information in a secure way that differs from the classic role based access solutions offered by other companies. The organization serves some of the world's leading companies within banking, insurance, media, manufacturing as well as government departments.
At present Axiomatics consist of 40 employees located at their offices in Stockholm and Chicago. The engineering department is made up off 14 persons divided in two teams of 7, which handle one product each. In total there is three QAs split over both teams. The office is located in downtown Stockholm, an easy walking distance from the central station.
Axiomatics is looking for a new talented QA-lead whom can take the responsibility of ensuring top end quality of their products. As QA-lead you will occupy a central position and be a key player in their continuous strive to supply the latest data protection and authorization products that tackle some of the major security concerns of the Fortune 500s and governments across the globe. You will primarily be working with their APS product and together with the other QA you will test the application before signing of off the quality. Axiomatics works with both manual and automated testing, and in this position it will be your decision what to automate and not. You will be writing test cases and execute them as well as acting as team-lead for the other QAs.
The person that Axiomatics are looking for has some form of University degree in Computer Science or similar and at least 3 years of experience working with QA. It's not necessary that you have worked as a team-lead before, but you need solid experience working with QA and a sound understanding of the field. You have also experience working with Selenium and Java.
At Axiomatics they work exclusively in English, therefore it is vital that you are fluent in English as well. As a person you are a team player and you are willing to learn and share your own knowledge with your teammates. Above all you need to be a prestige-less kind of person with a sense of humour that is always willing to lend a hand.
