We work with most games publishers in the world, delivering their products to our network of retailers across the globe. As a part of our service to retailers we offer 2nd line support, helping them solve issues that they are not able to. We?re now looking for additional personnel to help us with this.

What you will do
• Second Line Customer Support: When retailers that we work with (e.g. CDON, Webhallen, Elgiganten, GAME, Green Man Gaming, etc.) aren?t able to solve issues for their customers, or if an issue is caused by our platform, then they will turn to us for help. Your main focus will be to solve these issues.
Vital expectations of you
• Knowledgeable of and interested in the games industry (specifically: PC/Mac/Linux platforms)
• Good English reading, writing, and speaking abilities
• Able to handle high-stress periods
• Ability to ?learn on the job?
• High computer fluency
Important or useful experience/background (not required)
• Experience from working with support
• Experience from working with a support system
• Other beneficial languages: Swedish, Spanish, Portuguese (BR), Korean
