We need to strengthen our poker development team with an experienced QA Lead that has a good eye for securing quality in our products. Location of the position is in Växjö, Sweden.
The testing team consists of testers (Swedish and offshore) in functional teams, a Swedish System Test team and Swedish performance tester.
Your responsibility as a QA Lead is direct and indirect supervision of testing, coaching of testers, test strategy work and development of test plans. The QA Lead has an advisory function at release decision with the unique insight in the products quality. We also have high ambitions in the test automation field, we see this as the most important way to make our work more effective.
We are looking for a person who is interested in test leading and who is ready to take on the challenge to work with our product.
We think you have a university degree in software development or similar and a few years of work experience as a tester and work experience as QA Lead in technically challenging development projects.
You should have a genuine interest in software development, good understanding of development processes and have a big quality focus.
On a personal level we think that you have strong social strengths and that you enjoy working independently and in teams. You are meticulous, taking responsibilities, driving with good prioritizing skills and with a structured thinking.
You are excellent in expressing yourself in English in written and oral communication.
Competence profile:
• Experience of test leading work in larger system development projects
• Very good experience in testing
• Big interest in testing philosophy and testing strategies
• Experience from different work processes and especially agile and scrum
• Experience in working with distributed teams
• Experience from online Poker is advantageous
