• Execution of manual and automatic tests
• Usage reporting the daily activities on client's issue reporting systems
• Execution of software builds activities on code fetched from client's SW repositories
• Self driven
• Self mitivated
• Excellent communication skills both written and spoken in:
o Macedonian
o English
• Open minded, easy communication with him and among the team members
• Excellent mentorship approach in growing a new team
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in QA for mobile devices
• At least 5 years of experience in use of HW for automated tests
• At least 2 year of use and setup of UL SIM simulator HW for setuf of single and dual SIM card tests
• At least 5 years in experience as a team lead with role focused on development of team members, their skillsets and establishement of new team setups on new sites
• Excellent mentorship skillsets practiced for more than 3 years.
• At least 5 years in cration of complex reports and statistics in MS Excelle for creation of success or KPI reports
