As such, we have the responsibility to manage all purchasing deliveries in projects during the whole project timeline.We secure that the global purchasing strategy will be effectively implemented by driving the project sourcing plan while securing the project needs.Project Manager Purchasing (PMP) is responsible for driving the Purchasing activities in assigned Start Cost projects. The PMP is following the DVP process in the different phases of the project, thereby proactively securing the project deliveries in front of each project Gate/Decision.
