Do you want to join and contribute to build up a new Purchasing team?
We offer you a position with an opportunity to participate in building up a Purchasing team in AB Tetra Pak regarding Indirect Purchasing. Your contribution will be important and visible. Indirect Purchasing includes all supplier relations that are not related to Tetra Pak customer products. One of the new team's main tasks will be to secure compliance with the Purchase to payment process (PtP) which is a new way of working for many of our Tetra Pak employees.
Within this context you will have some of the key responsibilities for:
• Run Operational Purchasing in accordance to the PtP process
• Manage purchase orders in R3 and E@sybuy
• Daily contact with Tetra Pak users, colleagues and suppliers
• Support the strategic purchaser in sourcing and contracting activities
• Perform and drive proactive and daily master data management activities
• Perform and drive proactive catalogue management activities
• Detailed knowledge of how R/3 and E@syBuy support the SM processes
• Answer questions from China release and unblock invoices to process payment
Publiceringsdatum2011-03-03KvalifikationerTo be successful in this position you need to be service minded and you also like to achieve results. You have the capability to work independently but also like to work and contribute in a team. You have good networking and communication skills. A good command of Swedish and English, both written and spoken, is necessary.
You preferably have an educational background within purchasing and/or some years of relevant experience within these areas. We expect you to have knowledge in SAP R/3. Advanced knowledge in Excel is seen as an advantage as well as experience from working with change management activities.
