This job is based in Upplands Väsby and is to start asap and proceed for 3 months with possibilities to extend permanently depending on performance and needs.

The area:
Now we're looking for our new Local Procurement HR Services Nordics! In this position you'll have the chance to be independently driving and implementing our procurement strategy and controlling the companies cost and risk in order to drive the HR agenda. You will be working in an exciting area under transformation implementing industry leading strategies, liaising very closely with internal stakeholders and external suppliers. The position offers autonomy, geographical responsibility and it's a great career development opportunity. Are you up for the challenge?
In this position you will:
• Have an important role in the implementation of the procurement strategy across Nordic
• Contribute to and influence new strategies
• Be the interface between the Global procurement team and local stakeholders
• Be a key player in aligning the internal stakeholders behind a strategy to deliver savings to the business and drive the HR agenda
• Work as part of the wider Northern Europe HR services Procurement team
What we want from you:
• A Degree in business administration or another relevant area
• Related business experience. Ideally from a role where you have been exposed to HR services and worked with suppliers or customers
• You are fluent in English and speak one of the Nordic languages
• You have the ability to present yourself professionally and credibly
• You have strong project management skills and a proactive way of working
• You have strong networking skills and the ability to communicate with and influence people at different levels of the organization
