Sourcing and Logistics leads the sourcing and logistics activities for divisions and group functions in cooperation with requesters and suppliers. Job Description
Stora Enso Sourcing and Logistics is looking for a driven Purchaser to work within Sourcing Wood Products & Categories. This position holder will report to Purchasing Manager Operations Northern Europe and be a part of the Sourcing team.
Main responsibilities are:
* Lead sourcing activities in the mill and in investment portfolio in coordination with Investment Sourcing Team.
* Plan and run negotiations within given framework according to guidelines.
* Plan and execute sourcing strategy for the mill and be the focal point of contact between mill and the sourcing function
* Secure implementation of the contracts, guidelines and tools, the best price for all purchases without jeopardizing quality.
* Support requestors in ordering inventory, supplies, equipment and services from given agreements.
* To maintain a large database of vendors and contacts within the industry.
* ERP sourcing related systems administration and handling
* Key User Supplier Management portal
Key performance indicators include sourcing savings, development Sourcing spend, sustainability and Safety of Suppliers and terms of Payment
Qualifications
We are looking for a result and action oriented team player, who has:
* Bachelor Degree in Economic, business or engineering or equivalent work experience
* More than three years of experience within the field of Purchasing and Sourcing within investments of machinery, equipment and civil works area
* Good communication skills and influencing skills.
* Negotiation skills
* Team working and ability to work independently.
* Proactive, result oriented, willing to take initiative and responsibility.
* Flexibility and ability to adapt to a changing working environment.
* Good knowledge in MS Office.
* Administrative skills and well structured.
* Knowledge of supply market and key drivers
* Analytic and financial skills
* Fluent in Swedish and English
