We also see that you have:
• University degree in Business Administration or corresponding
• Minimum 3 years' experience of delivering success within purchasing organisations
• Experience of sourcing and supplier management
• Good analytical, problem solving and negotiation skills
• Project management skills preferred
• IT purchasing experience preferred
• Fluency in English, both written and verbal
In addition to this, your knowledge and experience has given you a very good understanding of the dynamics in purchasing projects and driving business with multiple stakeholders. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
We are looking for one Purchaser for the Market procurement team in Sweden and Denmark. The Market procurement team is responsible for the local sourcing within SE/DK and not seldom with a Nordic approach. In this position, you will be the primary commercial interface towards the suppliers and help to implement category strategies to support the Ingka Group. You will also be responsible to drive procurement initiatives, which include commercial negotiations and building supplier relationships where you, together with the Ingka team, will secure the best buy for Ingka Group.
An important part of your role is to build trustful relations with the business partners and together you will develop the business. You will be responsible for driving the implementation of strategies by following the procurement process. Further you will secure governance of strategic supplier relationships and secure that the suppliers are complying with our sustainability directives and IKEA code of conduct.
