Job description:
Based in Stockholm, Sweden, you will be responsible for PO (Purchase Order) processing in Huawei Technologies.
Responsibilities:
Receive PO from customers and check consistence against Frame contract.
Organize the application procedure of contract review, including collecting information from product managers and project managers.
Acknowledge an approved PO.
Supervise the fulfillments of every PO (from the receipt of POs to the completion of delivery), feedback to account managers with any problem in contract fulfillment and respond to customers with any enquiry on POs.
Qualifications:
Bachelor degree or diploma majoring in business studies, marketing, financing, economics, engineering or other subjects.
At least more than one year working experience in the area of sales and marketing, business, financing, engineering or other areas. Fresh graduate are also encourage to apply.
Information security: candidates will be required to sign the non-disclosure agreement with Huawei Technologies.
Excellent written and communication skills in Chinese and English.
Self-motivated, full of enthusiasm to his/her own job.
