Publiceringsdatum2017-01-26Dina arbetsuppgifterThe purchase manager is responsible for the product area (PA) Moulded Components, with sites in Örebro, Havdhem, Trelleborg, Finland and Estonia, as well as shared sites in Asia. Your team consist of 3 employees based in the different plants. Alongside your purchasing manager responsibility you will also drive and manage RFQs, supplier selections, contracting and supplier follow ups within your own commodities.
As purchase manger you are an important part of the management team of the PA as well as the local management team at the Örebro plant.
Your overall responsibility is to ensure a reliable supplier structure that provides low cost materials without compromising profitability, customer relations and the quality of the finished product. You are responsible for developing the yearly Purchasing Plan for the PA, setting challenging targets for your team as well as defining the actions that will get you there. You will have regular follow-ups that ensures that you stay on track.
By ensuring and implementing the Trelleborg Purchasing Exellence program you will ensure that set KPIs are met and take relevant actions when not. You develop the supplier portfolio by global sourcing always identifying effective synergies.
Utbildning/erfarenhet
To be successful in this position you have a good technical understanding combined with experience from strategic, global purchase in a manufacturing environment. You have a good track record of cost reductions. Formally you have a university degree within a relevant area.
