Job Details
To support and drive Joinville's rapidly evolving supply-side business, we are looking for a highly skilled Publisher Manager with outstanding ad technology, leadership and negotiation skills to join our growing Stockholm team. The Publisher Manager function is responsible for growing, managing and developing publisher and SSP relationships across a portfolio of websites that provide global niche ad inventory (display, mobile, video, native) to Joinville?s client campaigns in Europe, Asia and North America.

What You Will Be Doing

• Grow, manage and develop existing and new publisher relationships across a portfolio of websites all over the world
• Grow, manage and develop existing and new relationships with supply-side platforms (SSPs), ad networks and other supply sources.
• Analyze, optimize and track performance in SSPs and ad servers. Use original thought, analysis and understanding of the platform to discover opportunities and resolve escalations
• Ongoing quality assurance of supply-side platform solutions (SSP?s) and their performance
• Maximize revenue publisher?s gain from the marketplace, acting as a marketplace consultant & ensuring best use of tools
• Act as technical and daily point of contact for key publisher partners and serve as an escalation point for issues - providing analysis, resolution, and expectation settings internally and externally
• Diversify product/service portfolio to grow the revenue
• Perform ongoing needs analysis, performance review & technical opportunity assessments
• Manage business operations of partnerships including tracking payment and accounting within contract requirements
• Develop and provide reporting to management on partnership performance
• Occasional travel to meet partner platform companies and to industry conferences

What You Need for this Position
• Bachelor?s degree in Business, Economics, Mathematics, or Engineering
• In-depth knowledge of the online advertising industry, technology solutions, programmatic marketplace, advertising / publisher and network business models, including understanding of ad serving, media trading, RTB and/or related ad tech
• Outstanding troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving abilities, along with an ability to collaborate cross-functionally
• Product consulting and ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to self-manage with excellent prioritization skills
• Strong customer service skills, comfortable working directly with clients and partners as well as internal depart
• Passionate about working in an extremely fast-paced, demanding, and fluid start-up environment
• Min. 1-2 year?s industry experience in digital media campaign management environment
• (Desired) Optimization preferably through an SSP technology (video extra interesting)
• (Desired) Optimization experience through a DSP technology great as well
• Clear understanding of the Ad Trading ecosystem (and be able to articulate the benefits to publishers)
