• Ability to undertake informal, intermediate-level interpreting for meetings and events.
• Ability to communicate effectively, orally and in writing, in Arabic, English and Swedish.
• Under limited supervision, ability to organise media and cultural events, involving liaison with other organisations, planning, issuing invitations and implementation.
• Ability to provide effective administrative support, with regard to accuracy, timeliness and attention to detail.
• Ability to organise and set priorities, perform under pressure and complete given projects and assignments in a timely manner.
• Well-developed interpersonal skills, including the ability to work effectively with other members of a team or with colleagues, and to communicate with the public and Embassy contacts in a professional and helpful manner.
• Familiarity with commonly used Windows and Microsoft Word applications, internet and email is essential.
• Initiative, flexibility, adaptability and demonstrated capacity for learning and developing skills in new work environments; ability to operate effectively within a work unit.
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED

1. Education: A university degree
2. Work experience: A minimum of 5 years
3. Language:
Fluency in oral and written Arabic, English and Swedish languages
4. Driver licence B
