About the job
1. Firstly, as a business analyst your main responsibility is to assist Xcerion in entering the Latin and South American markets. This work will require you to:
a) Analyze current trends in regional Internet services
b) Identify potential market partners
c) Assist in establishing market entry plans based on solid research and analysis
2. Secondly, as public relations associate your key responsibility is to attract users to our service by utilizing all available means of mass and personal communication. In specific this responsibility requires:
a) Setting short and long term goals for user growth
b) Developing a strategic communication plan for how to reach as many potential users as possible
c) Executing above plan in a timely fashion while maintaining great attention to details
d) Superior communication skills and in particular flawless, engaging, and contemporary written Spanish, Portuguese, and English is required since much of your time will be spent writing blog posts or commenting on other blog sites.
3. Thirdly, you are expected to be able to compile, structure, and analyze large amounts of data regarding a wide variety of business issues such as user behavior, user preferences, internet business growth, demographics, competitive analysis etc.
4. Fourthly, you are expected to assist Xcerion in localizing the service to Portuguese and Spanish
5. You report to Manager Corporate Development
6. Your workplace will be at Xcerion HQ in Linköping, Sweden
7. Initially, we offer 6 months project employment. Contingent upon a positive performance review, employement status may, or may not, be changed into permanent or extended.
About You
1. You have hands on work experience, minimum 3 years, from South American consumer web services industry, preferably in a marketing, web design, or business analyst capacity. In addition, you have a longstanding relationship to web services as an end user and find it easy to embrace new services and concepts. You have been using the latest web services, such as web 2.0 and community services, for 6+ years.
2. You have a bachelors degree in marketing, alternatively business administration
3. An excellent communicator in English, Portuguese and Spanish; in writing and verbally
4. Able to rapidly assimilate information
5. Computer literate and proficiency with Microsoft office products
6. Willing and able to travel worldwide
7. Highly efficient team player and a “do-it-now� attitude
