English only is sufficient language skill for this assignment Prototype/Material coordinator, Automotive We are seeking a competent employee with at least 5 years' experience in vehicle development to support one of our customer's transmission development process. Description . Prototype builds, work together with the different DRE's o Specifications o Coordinate BoM lists o Supplier contacts on deliveries, timing and issues about deliveries o Follow up of deliveries to prototype build shops o Planning different build series. . Specify where the prototypes shall be shipped, who is the user . Keep record of where all prototypes are, who is the user/owner . Keep record of history for each prototype . Manage spare parts and updates for prototypes . Marking/identification of prototypes . Work together with purchasing about orders to suppliers and internal needs in own manufacturing. . Work and keep contact with 3:rd development party about prototypes builds . Work together with Quality to assure right quality on prototypes.
