Sales staff for the Swedish/Norwegian Border

Brandvenue is looking for a hostess on behalf of a new client in Stömstad and Charlottenberg.

Hostess - the role:
A hostess is our link between the consumer and the product. You will be working in the Norwegian border shop and help us with promotion of the different products, aiding customers in their choices of a product category, and assist them in their shopping experience. The job will be starting the 1st of May to the 30th of June. The working days will be 4 days a week, and you will be working 8 hours a day. The borders are in Stromstad and Charlottenberg.

Responsibilities
1) Customer service:
• Approaching possible customers in a responsible way and within regulation.
• Interact with confidence and clarity to ascertain the customer needs.
• Build and maintain contact with regular customers.

2) Driving sales:
• Increasing product sales, with emphasis on the represented brand, as well as cross-category sales.
• Ensure product availability and attractive display in the shop.
• Supporting monthly sales targets set for the category, brands, etc.

3) Communication:
• Maintain a strong and healthy relationship with the customer and other outlet staff.
• Ensure open and regular communication with key report contact of issues/highlights.
• Provide information about special and interesting customer behavior.

• Effective customer engagement; direct contact and dialogue
• Focus promotional brand vale and benefits are communicated in a responsible way and within regulation
• Take full ownership for delivering against agreed action plans and set objectives

Qualifications:
• Professional and well maintained appearance
• Strong sales skills
• Speak and write English on a professional negotiation level, and preferably speak both Swedish and Norwegian.
• Previous experience in a retail or customer service is an advantage
• Knowledge and passion for brands and their importance
• High degree of self-initiative
• Excellent communication and influencing skills
• Customer service proactive attitude
