The role is supporting both the BMW/MINI retail and Alphabet business on a Nordic level. We place great demands but also offer much in return.
In this function your main responsibilities and tasks will be:
* Together with your colleagues you will take on an important role to reach our vision to bring joy to the world of mobility and provide the best customer experience
* As project lead you will make sure that we deliver our projects on time and with excellent quality
* The project lead have end to end responsibility for its own project portfolio reaching from the initial planning process, to ensuring business specifications, test management, and make sure to comply with global BMW Group standards for project management
* Liaise with HQ functions when needed and manage all levels of project stakeholders, including senior management
* Your act in a team that is the Center of Competence for executing change activities ranging from small change requests to large projects and programs within our strategical focus areas
Pre-Requisites for the role:
You hold a bachelor 's in economics or equivalent. Gained relevant (3+ years) experience in working within financial service and/or an IT/process related organization. Advantage if you have the experience of working in a regional set-up.
We believe that you have the ability to transform your passion for optimizing and drive continuous process improvement into delivering premium services for our customers as well for internal stakeholders. As holder of this role you need to embrace diversity and cultural differences. We expect that you proactively take advantage of being part of an international community within the BMW Group Munich. We will place great emphasis on your personal characteristics.
You need to be fluent in written and verbal in both English and one of the Nordic languages (Swedish, Danish, Norwegian). The function is located in modern facilities in Stockholm, Sollentuna, and you will be reporting to the Head of Operation Governance Northern Europe.
