hela Sverige In 2017, HKScan has implemented a comprehensive organisational change and as a technology expert, you will be a member of a group of around 20 employees based in different parts of the Group. In addition to closely consulting with other members of your group, you will also work close to production in Linköping.
Your role
As project manager and technology expert raw meat, you will be responsible for investment projects in Sweden, primarily in Linköping but also at our other sites in Sweden and the Group. You will provide the technological expertise in your area and ensure that we invest in the optimal technological equipment.
Typical projects/work duties:
• Implementing new build, renovation, maintenance and expansion projects with responsibility for implementation as a whole.
• Everything from larger projects to smaller extensions
• Produce invitation to tender documentation and negotiate contracts
• Establish and manage investment data, time schedules and budgets
• Contacts with public authorities and other business partners
You will report to the manager, automation and technology expertise, however on site, you will primarily interface with the plant and technology managers.
Qualifications
We expect you to have a background as an engineering graduate or equivalent who has several years professional experience of technology project management, ideally from manufacturing industry where you have probably been involved in both small and large investment projects.
As a person you are passionate about development and have the ability to turn concepts and development opportunities into concrete improvements and development projects in a structured way. You are a natural manager and good people person able to cooperate and communicate with every part of an organisation.
You have excellent command of both spoken and written English and Swedish.
