We can now offer a work as field data analyst. We are looking for a person with knowledge of modern mathematical and technical analysis in the field, to support the VCC's future development in the traffic safety area. Section "Strategy and Requirement" is to provide the R&D with excellence in Traffic safety area. The section consists of three groups. Requirements & Strategy, Research & Analysis and Field data collection.
The locations will be in a group Field data collection, which currently consists of eight persons is responsible for field data collection. Within this group of Volvo Cars.
The job includes processing and analysis of contiously collected driving data, including:
• Definition of scenarios and situations
• Identification of incidents
• Production of tools and methodology for analysis
• Databasstructures
• Quantitative and qualitative analysis
Qualifications:
• A graduate of a technical college or university, focusing on electrical engineering, signal processing or engineering physics.
• Well-acquainted with the analysis tool Matlab
• Documented experience of database management and data analysis
• Expressing yourself well in written and spoken English
• Good analytical ability and holistic approach.
